I am a qualified counsellor and a member of the BACP. I am fully insured and undergo regular clinical supervision.

I have experience in working with clients with a range of issues. Having worked in private practice for 10 years now I have worked with a range of clients. I particularly have a passion for those struggling with a Chronic illness or maybe caring for someone with a chronic illness.

I offer a safe environment to come and find healing from traumatic and life changing experiences, loss, abuse, difficulties within a relationship, anxiety and depression and much more so please ask.

I do short term work and long term work, we can work at your pace and review how we go and how counselling is working for you.

​

If you do have a limiting illness like CFS/ME then please do mention this because we can discuss alternative options for you to be able to access counselling within your threshold.

• Personal and professional experience in ME/CFS/Long Covid.

• ADHD Clinical Service provider and coach.

• TQUK level 2 certificate in Understanding Autism.

• I have completed The Foundation in Infant Loss Training.

• I am a member of the BACP (British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists).
  I very much adhere to their code of ethics to ensure that I provide the best service for my clients.
